Grant Herbert - Founder & Chief Instructor
As the founder and CEO of People Builders, Grant trains coaches, corporate trainers, HR professionals, facilitators, managers and leaders to provide the best outcomes possible for any individual organisation.
Recently named ‘Emotional Intelligence Speaker and Trainer of the Year’ for the second consecutive year, Grant has over 37 years as a leadership trainer and coach. He has learned that the key to developing others is to first help them replace the mindsets and behaviours that are currently sabotaging their results. Once that platform is built, they actually implement what we teach them. This ensures a high ROI.
Grant is a Master Trainer in Diploma of Professional Coaching, Social and Emotional Intelligence, Applied Neuroscience for People Development, and Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling.
Dr. Laura Belsten - Emotional Intelligence Master Coach Trainer
Laura is an internationally known expert and author of the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile®. She has been on the faculty of the University of Denver for over 20 years where she teaches graduate courses in leadership and communication, including a graduate course in Coaching Emotional Intelligence.
She has been an executive coach in private practice for over 15 years, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation, and earned her Ph.D. in Leadership & Organisational Communication from the University of Denver in 1996.
